Denver Colorado Economic & Market Update November 2009

Denver Colorado Economic & Market Update November 2009

The following presentation courtesy of Key Bank summarizes the economic outlook and market update here in Denver. In sum, the Denver market appears to be in between the latter stage of recession and the early stage of recovery or growth.

To stabilize growth inventories must be replenished and productivity restored. Sustainable econimic growth in Denver is still some distance away. Consumer spending and employment are essential to renewed growth and long term stability. The good news is there are clear signs that we are on the road to recovery.
