I think this quote applies to many things in life—like today’s real estate market. As a real estate professional, I strive to provide my clients with options to help them make better decisions. Often that involves solving problems: financing, valuation, inspection issues, etc. Sometimes it requires understanding the underlying client motivations for buying and selling and then approaching the situation from a broader perspective than just buying or selling a home.
In today’s market, we sometimes have to be creative to adequately serve our client’s needs and interest. And being willing and able to dig into the tough issues can reveal some of the best opportunities. It may involve a little more work, maybe even a lot, but a little change in perspective and approach can go long way....
