Boulder Colorado Flagstaff Summit
Sunday afternoon I went for a hike around Realization Point up at Flagstaff Summit in the foothills above Boulder. The sun was warm but there were strong gusts of cool wind mixed with intermittent calm which created an interesting hot & cold effect.
There were not too many buds on the trees but you could hear birds were singing in between the wind gusts. The photos below were looking west up into the mountains. The elevation where I took the photos was just below 7,000 feet.
