A Few Words of Thanks & Appreciation for What Is
I would just like to express a few words of thanks and appreciation for the closings I’ve had recently. The numbers are not big and the closings are not many, but I am sincerely grateful nonetheless.
We are in the middle of some of the most difficult economic times our nation has ever known—certainly the most difficult of my lifetime. Ordinary people are faced with making life changing decisions every day. No one is immune from the financial difficulties before us.
Be that as it may, I am thankful for what is.
I am thankful for my clients and the confidence they have shown in me by allowing me to serve them as their agent. I am truly grateful for their business.
I am thankful for the lenders for their patience and cooperation in working through the various challenges that came up during the closing process. I appreciate their willingness to work together with us.
And I am thankful for the inspectors and appraisers that faithfully and diligently done their jobs along with countless others in the supply chain that I may never know.
Most of all I am thankful for the opportunity to be thankful.
Cheers, thankfulness and appreciation to all as I tip my cup of chai tea with an attitude of gratitude for what is…
