Denver HUD Homes For Sale, Open For Bid By Owner Occupants Until 28 February 2010

Denver HUD Homes For Sale, Open For Bid By Owner Occupants Until 28 February 2010

HUDDenver HUD homes are homes financed with Federal Housing Administration (FHA) insured mortgages that have been foreclosed upon. The United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) takes ownership of the home and sells it as quickly as possible.

Denver HUD homes are sold through a process of electronic bid online. Bids may be submitted by registered brokers and agents on behalf of qualified buyers. The bid resulting in the highest net proceeds to HUD is selected as the provisional winner subject to timely receipt of all required documents.

Denver HUD homes represent an excellent opportunity for home buyers to purchase a home with equity. Home buyers looking for a bargain can often find one with a Denver HUD home.

As a Denver HUD home registered broker associate, I can show and place offers on Dnver HUD homes. I can help you find and purchase a Denver HUD home that meets your needs. I also specialize in helping home buyers purchase Denver HUD homes with money for renovation and repairs included in the FHA purchase loan.

Denver HUD homes come and go quickly. The homes posted on the map below are open for bid by owner occupants until 28 February. If you see a Denver HUD home that you are interested in, contact me as soon as possible to schedule a showing or to learn more about the process.

John, I'll bet those Denver HUD homes do go fast.  And great way to get the word out that you know how to handle this special situation.  Best success to you in 2010.

We don't have many HUD homes in New York, but I sold a few when I was upstate and still have my certification. It is a good system.

I only know Boston and the South Shore. As far as sit down restaurants are eerconncd, I have always been a fan of Sol Azteca in the Fenway area and El Sarape in Braintree, MA.The quick, takeout selection is crowded, but there are few outstanding choices. The best I have had is Dorado Tacos in Brookline near Coolidge Corner.
