Boulder Colorado Spring Snow Storm
We had a good old Colorado snow storm here yesterday. There was supposed to be 5-10 inches in Denver and up to 12 inches in Boulder by the time it was over but it looks more like 6-8 inches. Interesting considering it was in the mid 50’s two days ago. Tomorrow the temperature is supposed to jump back up to 55 degrees or more.
There is a saying here that if you don’t like the weather just wait a few minutes and it’ll change. In this case, we’ll need to wait a couple of days. There is nothing too unusual about this although the contrast of the temperature a couple of days before and a couple of days after is very interesting.

Love the mountians - wish I were there!
Beautiful mountains!!! We certainly had our fair share of snow out here in the Western NC mountains this winter! A forecast of 76 degrees today here in the Sandhills area of NC. GREAT DAY for golf!
The same thing happened in the Springs. Warm weather to snow, now back to warm weather. I hear nudist gardening has gained some popularity in Boulder. Just read Mary's post. Take care John, Cherise

John, what beautiful snow pictures. Funny, we have the same saying about the weather here in Florida - the ocean breezes can change it on a dime.
John ~ I guess winter just isn't quite over yet. I'm just glad that it is melting so quickly.
