Boulder Pearl Street Mall Red Flowers

Boulder Pearl Street Mall Red Flowers

The tulips are now all gone in Boulder’s Pearl Street Mall. Another flower has replaced it but I don’t know what kind it is. I guess I am not much of a flower person when it comes to names because I can’t seem to name very many. But I love to photograph them, especially up close. These flowers are now planted all along the south side of the mall.

John, It does make for cool photographs when you get really close!

Hi John,  whatever they are they are really pretty.  I was noticing all the flowers lined up in huge planters and pots in Fort Collins the other day - they add so much happiness to the shopping experience :>)

John - I know that I have seen them before but don't know their name - beautiful colors! Thanks for sharing!

Yep, that's what they are. I wish I could turn my near-encyclopedic wealth of completely useless knowledge into cash!

Thanks everyone...I appreciate the comments.

Julia...special thanks for solving the mystery. Like you, if I could monetize some of my otherwise useless knowledge I'd be thrilled.
