Happy People…Happy Dance

Happy People…Happy Dance

I saw this video yesterday and it really stirred me--I love it. Over the last month or so I’ve re-discovered how much I enjoy dancing. It’s a blast to just move your body to the music and let go of stuffy inhibitions.

Try it and you’ll see what I mean. Start the video and turn up the volume. Stand up and dance a jig. Go ahead and check it out. Nobody is going to see you and even if they who cares. I’ll bet you can’t do it without smiling.

Enjoy, in joy….Let’s dance

John - Great video.  Wouldn't it be great if we could all just focus upon the dance which is life?  Thanks for sharing.

John,  Brings new meaning to the phrase, "Dance like no one is watching!"  Really enjoyed this....but they didn't come to San Diego!!  LOL!

John - Thank you so much for posting this! It really is beautiful. I especially love the part in India and the underwater scene in Tonga. As a classically trained dancer I have a deep love of dance that will always be a part of me, where ever I go and whatever I do. ;)

I loved this! It made me so happy! I especially loved Brisbane and Nellis Arispace! The best is when he dances with all the children!

That was fun John! So cute when the dog accompanied him and then finally other people joined in. You've been watching us on the dance floor though!

John, Thanks for posting this.  I've seen this many times and never grow tired of it.  People respond to music and dance pretty much the same no matter where one lives in this world.

PS  Matt is and the music are the constant thread in all of these, which is fun too.   ---Gloria

Thanks Doug and Gloria for re-blogging this - I missed it the first time around.  This was so much fun to watch.  Loved the dancing AND the music!  Very moving.

I don't even know how many times I have seen this video, and each time is still wonderful. My favorite scene is India.
